It has been my honor to know Jennifer Williams and to work with Integrated Financials over nearly two years. My first experience in working with Integrated was on the purchase of my home in Annapolis, MD. Jennifer and her staff were absolutely amazing in their breadth of knowledge relative to the different loan products on the market, as well as their genuine caring for me, as a client.

In my instance, Jennifer had some unusual circumstances surrounding my purchase. Not only had I had some credit issues in my past, but by the time the upgrades on my home were completed, there was an issue with the purchase price, based on the initial appraisal. Jennifer was able to find a lender and interest rate that was the lowest available at that time, and worked through three separate appraisal processes. Jennifer found the appraisers; she stayed in constant touch with them and got me to settlement at the interest rate she had promised on the date she promised.

In order to keep my payment down to a manageable size, she suggested breaking the loan into two separate loans, one of which was a 3 year ARM, which she advised could be moved to a fixed loan at the end of the one year prepayment penalty. During the year between the settlement and the date of my refinance to roll the ARM into a fixed loan, I investigated other loan packages from other lenders’ promises for low rates, even calling Jennifer to seek her advice. During that same time, Jennifer was also offering options and advising me on what was available and the steps I needed to take. The new refinancing package from Integrated was several whole percentage points below all of the other lenders with whom I had spoken.

Jennifer and her staff were always available, always happy to answer my many, many questions, and always had a sense of humor, even as the lenders would ask for yet another document, or would offer yet another restriction, the Integrated team resolved whatever was thrown their way. They were my best cheerleaders!

In all of my experience over the years with purchasing and selling homes, I have never dealt with a more knowledgeable lending team and have never been treated with more respect or caring. Integrated made me feel more like “family,” and not just another fee. I will continue to use Jennifer and her team for my future purchases or refinancing needs and highly recommend Integrated Financial Solutions.
